1. Delivery Range
We provide delivery services to the entire UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland), including remote areas (such as the Scottish Highlands, islands, etc.), and some remote areas may incur additional shipping costs.
2. Shipping Time and Cost
Standard Shipping
Fee: £10 shipping fee for orders < £30; free shipping for orders ≥ £50.
Time: 3-5 working days (working days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
Expedited Shipping (optional)
Fee: £9.99 (applicable to all orders).
Time: 1-2 working days (orders must be placed before 14:00 on the same day).
Large/Heavy Products (such as Keter Storage Sheds, Outdoor Furniture)
Special Shipping Fees: Calculated separately according to product size/weight (automatically displayed on the checkout page).
Delivery method: "Door-to-door delivery + assisted unpacking" service is provided by a professional logistics company (advance appointment required).
3. Order processing and tracking
Order processing time: All orders will be packed and shipped within 1-2 working days.
Logistics tracking: After shipment, you will receive an email with the logistics order number, which can be tracked in real time through the official website of [Carrier Name].
4. Customs duties and import taxes
Customs clearance responsibility: All order prices include UK import value-added tax (VAT), no additional payment is required.
Customs documents: We have declared product information in advance to ensure fast customs clearance.
5. Packaging and transportation guarantee
Environmentally friendly packaging: All products are packaged in recyclable materials and filled with shockproof materials.
Transportation insurance: Orders ≥ £200 automatically include transportation insurance; it is recommended that high-value orders check "Enhanced insurance" (cost + £2.99).
6. Return and transportation damage handling
Transportation damage:
If the outer packaging is found to be damaged when signing for it, please take a photo and keep it and refuse to accept it.
Report the damage within 48 hours after signing for it, and we will arrange a free replacement or refund.
Return policy:
Support unconditional return within 30 days (product must be unopened and will not affect secondary sales).
The return shipping fee shall be borne by the customer, and the refund will be processed within 3 working days after receiving the return.
VII. Special circumstances
Delayed delivery: In the event of extreme weather, strikes or customs delays, we will notify the estimated delivery time by email and provide a £5 coupon compensation.
Wrong address: The address can be modified by email within 2 hours after placing an order; if it is exceeded, it will be shipped according to the original address, and the cost of re-addressing shall be borne by the customer.
